Saturday May 17th @ 7:00 am  Please join us to do flag detail. We will be leaving the club at 7:00 am and going to Prospect Hill Cemetery to place flags on the Veteran's graves. This is a great learning experience for the children and we encourage you to bring them. 

 
Saturday night,  May 17th Earl David Reed will be returning to entertain the crowd with his hilarious stand up comedy routine. Tickets are only $10.00, see a bartender quick to get yours, tickets sold out fast the last time he was here.

 
Saturday June 7th  Hey Guys - did you ever have the urge to "feel like a woman" or to have people yell at you "Dude looks like a lady"? Well here is your chance to fulfill that desire, Shave those hairy legs, slip into some fishnets, overstuff your momma's bra and come join DJ Stevie Bee for the contest of your life. Yes, it's the time for the third running of the great VFW Post 556 Wanna Be competition! The fun starts at 7:30. Do you have what it takes to be a wanna be? (just please keep it covered if you do, underwear is not optional!) 

 
Sunday June 8th All you care to eat brunch. Due to the success of the winter brunches we are going to try to continue year round. So mark your calendars for the second Sunday of the month to join us all  summer long!
June 14th will be doing the breast cancer walk at  the West York High School. Please join us in in walking for this great cause. Sponsor sheet packets can be picked anytime, just ask a bartender. We will meet at the club at 12:00.

Vietnam Memorial meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, see Commander Barrett for questions or details. Next meeting December 18, 2007

 

If you are a Korean War Veteran please try to attend the meeting on the 4th Wednesday of the month and see how you can help with all the exciting events hosted each year. 

The Old Timer's Baseball league is looking for new members, if interested please join their meeting on the 4th Tuesday of each month.

MOPH Chapter 390 are looking for new members. If you have earned a Purple Heart during your service time, please contact George Eyler, Commander (call club for his number). Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of the month. 

Book your special event with our Steward Gerry for the upcoming year. 

Back room rental fee is $100.00
